We are excited to introduce our newest weighted heating pad! This new size helps to provide soothing pressure on a larger surface area, whether you’re dealing with cramps or a sore back, this pad will bring you relaxation and ease your mind. the heat helps to loosen up tight muscles and increase circulation, or you can use it cold as well. This heating pad is comfortable, effective, and easy to use, so you can get the relaxation you need whenever you need it!

100% cotton + rice filling
Instructions: Heat in microwave for 30 second intervals, shaking up in between heating to distribute warmth. Be careful not to overheat, rice may burn. to use cold, place in plastic bag in freezer for 1-2 hours.
To clean, carefully spot clean and do not get wet. not recommended for children under 5 years old.
